I am a father of one of the student volunteers currently in Amman Jordan…I cannot begin to express to you the profound emotion that utterly has consumed my body and soul as I see the pictures of these beautiful children hoping for a chance of change…
All of my life I have wondered what people will say of me when I part this earth…was I a good person…son, father, husband and friend…did I make a difference…did I make a change…did I help a friend.
I have been inspired these past few days as I watch and read of the experiences that Tiana is having…I envy her and respect her for the dedication and willingness she has shown to serve her fellow humankind…I praise all those who have the fortitude to use their time, talents and abilities to make a difference “One Smile at a Time”…
